HP Pre 3, the webOS-based handset will not be entering the US markets, says the latest reports from HP. Moreover, the handset now is selling in France and UK for a meager $75. In his statement regarding the handset, Stephen DeWitt, the webOS chief reported that the unlocked Pre 3 smartphone will be launched in selected areas and by saying that he was not exaggerating. It should be known that the phone has already entered the European markets only a day before HP shut down its webOS-based tablet and smartphone plans.
