Review Of The Samsung N310 Netbook

Most of  the netbooks making their presence felt nowadays essentially have the same configuration. Get together an Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, and a copy of Windows XP and voila what do I have… another netbook. With this latest one, Samsung hasn’t done any better than just combining the recipe for the same old cake and just topping it all up with some quality icing. Well, leaving aside the superfluous metaphors I ll proceed with the review. Razzle-dazzle: Okay, I really have to give this one to Sammy… they ve come up with some killer looks for this child of theirs and I d bet on anything to say that this is the best looking netbook in the market. Though a few might argue that the pebble look that this one sports makes it look a bit like its not for professional use or possibly even a bit like a toy. But then again having such a fun piece with vibrant colours could just make your dull and boring day at work a bit more animated. Yeah  [...]

Review Of The Samsung Glint SCH-u350 Cell Phone

Comparing it with the T239 this one has a 1000 entry phonebook as opposed to the t239’s 300 entry phonebook. You could assign each contact with a picture and a ringtone. Apart from the normal features that a basic phone offers this one has Bluetooth added to it which provides support for wireless headsets, hands-free kits, serial port, object push, and phone book access. Hmm...Samsung has packed a lot of features in this water-bottle of theirs. With controls on top that include an ultra-sensitive zoom rocker, followed behind by a shutter release for capturing stills (though not while movies are being recorded), a mode button where movies, photos and playback are the options. The camcorder's battery compartment and SDHC card slot are behind a sliding door on the bottom. To the left of the screen are a Menu button, a four-way directional pad and a select button, and a record button. The zoom can be controlled using the pad too. The LCD cavity reveals three more buttons: iCheck, LCD Enhancer, and Easy Q. With the power off, the iCheck button gives you an onscreen readout of remaining battery life and storage; with the power on it toggles on and off information on the display. The LCD Enhancer improves contrast and brightness of the display for better visibility. On pressing the Easy Q you enter into a fully automatic mode where you deal with what you get.
